Cancellation Policy
- Clients must notify Halo Tuition Academy of cancellations via email at office@halotuition.co.uk.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the class will receive a 100% refund on the deposit paid.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund.
- If a class is cancelled by Halo Tuition Academy, an extra-help session will be arranged as a replacement.

Is the GCSE taster session really free?
Yes. Halo's GCSE group taster session is free, with no obligation to continue afterwards. It gives families a chance to decide whether the class and teaching approach are the right fit.
What happens during the taster session?
The taster is an opportunity for you and your child to meet our tutors, discuss your requirements and see our teaching methods in practice. We will talk about the student's current level, strengths, areas for improvement and goals, while giving them a feel for the group learning environment.
What happens after my child's free taster session?
There is no pressure to continue. If you would like to proceed, we will recommend the most suitable group or 1-to-1 option based on the student's needs, the taster experience and current availability.
